Faculty:
Mr.
Pech Bolene has had 15 years’ experience in human
resource management. He started his management career at a very young age as
a branch manager. From 1997 to 2008, Mr. Bolene managed more than 1000
employees for one of the biggest educational institutes at that time. Mr.
Bolene is, now, a very successful entrepreneur, investor, and Chief Executive
Officer. He is currently the CEO of Westline Education Group, Vice-President
of Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC), Board Member of
Cambodia Investor Club (CIC), Member of Business Network International (BNI),
an investor in various businesses such as Education, Agriculture, Tourism,
Food and Beverage, Training and Research companies. Mr. Bolene has worked in
the fields of management, organizational development, and human resource
management for more than15 years. His areas of expertise are in strategic
management, Supervisory Skills, motivation, organizational development,
leading with emotional intelligence and leadership. Mr. Bolene holds bachelor
degree in Education, Master degree in Human Resource Management, and EMBA
from the UK.
Mr.
William Yap has over 25 years of enriching human
resources management experiences. He has many years of corporate experience
and held numerous managerial positions in different industries such as
Entertainment, Food & Beverages, Plantations and Trading. William has
developed a passion in coaching people to bring out their best character and
potential in order to WIN and to attain a fulfilled life. He is a certified
trainer with accreditation from The Human Resource Development Fund. He is
currently the Head of Human Resources Department of Palm Oil Plantation
Company in Malaysia.
Mr.
Ung Sophornmony is a holder of MED in management and
leadership from Charles Darwin University in Australia and MBA in Management
from Norton University in Cambodia. Mr. Mony has had more than ten-year
experience in giving lectures and training on various courses associated with
management and leadership. His management career development is quite
interesting as he has advanced through different senior positions in a short
period of time. For the last four three years, he has moved up from
vice-principal of a school to executive manager of an institution, a human
resources manager, chief secretariat and executive director of a group of
companies. Currently, Mr. Mony is the managing director of a company group
including hotels, international schools and design companies. His management
and leadership experience includes: 1). Sub-editor, the Popular Magazine, 2).
Vice Principal, the Westline School, 3). Human Resources Manager of WEG, 4).
Chief Secretariat of WEG, 5). Executive Director of EDI, 6). Managing
Director, RMISPP and HIA, and 7). Chief Development Officer of WEG.
Mr.
SI Len has a Master’s Degree of Business Administration in
General Management from Pannasastra University of Cambodia (“PUC”). Currently
Mr. Si Len is a Chief Executive Officer of Maxima Mikroheranhvatho Plc
(“MAXIMA”). Besides, Mr. Si Len has worked as a Skills Development Specialist
of Polytechnics International New Zealand Ltd (“PINZ”) of the Asian
Development Bank. He specializes in skills development, strategic human
resources management.
Mr.
Phann Sopheara has earned his executive leadership from
Cornell University in addition to his Master of Business Administration from
Western University. For more than 10 years, he has worked in management
positions that allow him to work on various functions including recruitment
and selection, training and developing staff, performance management,
coaching and counseling at both national and international corporations. Mr.
Sopheara was the manager/HR business partner of NagaWorld, where there are
more than 5,000 employees. Currently, Sopheara is Director of Human Resources
at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh.
Mr.
Te Lay has a Master of Education specializing in
Administration and Management. Currently He is the Vice President & Chief
Human Resources and Education Officer of Westline Education Group. He has a
wealth of experience in HR Management, educational management program,
development and training management. Mr. Te Lay has developed series of
policies and procedures associated with Admin and HR Management, some of
those are: employee recruitment and selection policies and procedures,
Training and Development Manual, Performance Management policy and manual as
well as company handbook.
