Plans, coordinates, directs and designs IT related activities of the Organization. Executes administrative direction and supports daily operational IT activities.
She/he will work with peers and FH to ensure proper flow of communication and that IT security is monitored.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The IT Administrator is responsible for the IT function. Ensures the streamlining of the IT operations and to align to business objectives. Plans, coordinates, directs and designs IT related activities of the Organization. Executes administrative direction and supports daily operational IT activities.
She/he will work with peers and FH to ensure proper flow of communication and that IT security is monitored.
- IT Administrator is accountable for the following:-
- Manages the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and supports all IT systems, including servers, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals;
- Benchmarks, analyzes, reports, and makes recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure, IT systems and Security System
- Develops, maintains and tests Backup System and to ensure all the backup data are kept in the proper place;
- Ensures proper security measures have been evaluated and implemented as Indicated by company policy;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry; OR ability to build a data center, run servers, cloud services, etc.
- Has knowledge in IT procurement, project administration and implementation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting; and
- Ability to ensure follow-through for all procurement and administrative related matters, e.g., ensuring that quotations are received on time and are in proper order.
