RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working in an English environment
  • Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative
  • employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work
  • is completed correctly
  • Assist in training staff members and new hires
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by --
  • management, and see the programs through to completion
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment,
  • including computers, copy machines and fax machines
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order
  • items
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties
  • when needed
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the
  • posting process
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day
  • book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
  • Bring the books to the trial balance stage
  • Perform partial checks of the posting process
  • Complete tax forms
  • Enter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial
  • statements
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in
  • a timely manner
  • Assist tax professionals and tax consultants in handling
  • Taxation matters.
  • Organize and manage all tax reports, statements and
  • Documents relating to clients.
  • Assist and support administrative staff of the tax
  • Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Must have strong English language skills
  2. Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word,
  3. PowerPoint and Excel
  4. Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve
  5. efficiency
  6. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced
  7. office environment
  8. Exceptional communication skills
  9. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing -
  10. projects in a timely manner
  11. Proven bookkeeping experience
  12. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting
  13. payable/receivable principles
  14. Using office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and
  15. scanners
  16. Having basic mathematical skills
Additional Attractive Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree is ideal though experience is preferred
