Assisting the Financial sales team with all their needs
Generating and working with spreadsheet databases to help track sales, follow up, schedule follow ups
Sending out and managing email marketing and other marketing campaigns and solicitations
Making reports on the progress of sales staff and helping to keep them in line with their goals
Support the sales team with challenges and help them improve their skills.
Assist in Processing files for lending side of sales pipeline
Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and
reports as requested by the director
Help oversee and manage the relationships for large corporate and individual clients.
Create and send emails, make regular calls, and follow up on leads.
Review progress daily
Collect and enter data on databases constantly to update sales results, results with prospects, and contact, lender, and investor databases
Communicate with and solicit overseas financial firms and deliver the goods in sales leadership.
Report any troubling discoveries to Director
Adhere to the company's or organization’s financial policies
and procedures
Attend finance department and company-wide meetings,
sometimes assisting with reporting to managers and senior executives
Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.

  • Strong English ability
  • Strong established organizational skills
  • Not afraid to sell and help the sales team
  • Strong knowledge of marketing
  • Experience in Sales support roles or positions like this
  • Ability to help teach and coach others, follow up, and help them improve
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Understanding of data privacy standards
  • Integrity and honesty
  • Customer-service skills
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with business principles and practices
  • Organizational, planning, problem-solving, analytical, critical

  • Can keep up your work with data-entry on with spreadsheets.
Additional favorable skills and experience:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, financial, marketing,
  • economics, or a related field
  • Sales experience
  • Experience in investment or financial sales company roles
