RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in English in English speaking environment.
- Run the Investment Sales Team in Leadership Role and Drive it to Success.
- Coach, train, and lead sales operations for high quality outbound sales division
- Delegate and manage the follow up on all sales leads
- Follow strictly the management's plan for the sales direction and ensure results
- Support the sales team with challenges and help them improve their skills.
- Deliver strong results with passion that delivers the rewards
- Assist in Processing files for lending side of sales pipeline
- Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the director
- Help oversee and manage the relationships for large corporate and individual clients.
- Create and send emails, make regular calls, and follow up on leads.
- Review progress daily
- Collect and enter data on databases constantly to update sales results, results with prospects, and contact, lender, and investor databases
- Communicate with and solicit overseas financial firms and deliver the goods in sales leadership.
- Report any troubling discoveries to Director
- Adhere to the company's or organization’s financial policies and procedures
- Attend finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with reporting to managers and senior executives
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions, working in English Language Environment
Investment Sales Officer is accountable for the following:
- Managing the relationship with clients and also the other rep's clients
- Soliciting commercial, affluent and mass affluent accounts to help built the asset under management
- Use of internet platforms to sell investment products
- Solicitation overseas of investment products
- Regular writing of sales comments and small articles about the quality of the investments and their value.
- Continually building database of contacts and usable materials and Q and A with clients and providing them to the management team with status
- Direct solicitation of overseas investment firms and investors in targeted sales and marketing campaigns
- Strong Leadership capacity
- Strong ability to sell and fearless in making the call and working those laws of numbers and averages.
- Strong personality with strong English ability in sales and marketing.
- Willing to get out of the comfort zone to earn those high rewards that Sales leadership bring
- Experience in Sales roles with good performance
- Ability to teach and coach others how to sell and to lead them in their sales, follow up, and help them improve
- Good mathematical skills
- Understanding of data privacy standards
- Integrity and honesty
- Customer-service skills
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with business principles and practices
- Organizational, planning, problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking and computer skills
- Can keep up your work with data-entry on with spreadsheets.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Sales experience in financial and intangible sales or investment or insurance sales
- Experience in investment company roles
