RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working in English Language Environment speaking English
- Outbound solicitation of lenders and brokers for commercial finance loans.
- Collecting lending guidelines from lenders, banks, and brokers
- Emailing and building contact databases of commercial lenders both overseas and domestically
- Contacting lenders in multiple nations
- Networking with lending industry in Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Thailand, and India and others
- Preparing and packaging loan files for the company and for other business and small companies to then send onto lenders.
- Proactive outside of the box thinking to gather guidelines, then build the project to the loan guidelines.
- Gathering information on credit system in Cambodia
- Reporting all information continually to managers
- Selling lenders on the merits of the loans
- Inviting lenders and networks to meetings and events hosted by the company
- Follow up on pipeline of contacts consistently
- Highest level of client services
- evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of commercial real estate or credit loans, advise borrowers of financial status and methods of payment includes mortgage loan officers and agents collection analyst, loan servicing officer and loan underwriters
- Meet with Clients to get the full details of application
- Analyze financial status and property evaluation to determine the stability of the applicant
- Review and update credit loan files
- Review loan agreements that they have complete and accurate according to policy.
- Compute payment and deadline schedules
- Submit application to credit analyst for verification and recommendation
- Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find a way reaching their goals
- Sales sense and sales skills:
- Min 2 years work related experience from banking or financial institution
- Familiar with investment product
- Strong sense of private & confidentiality
- Prior experience in managing legal documents is an added advantage
- Independent and motivated;
- Good planning & prioritizing skills;
- Pleasant & positive disposition;
- Dynamic and is able to work on several projects simultaneously and manage deadlines;
- Able to work in a highly matrix and multicultural environment;
- Strong oral and written communications skills;
- Has healthy life style, and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in English;
- Outgoing sales oriented personality or ability to make many calls and outbound contacts easily
- A recognized Bachelor’s Degree, specializing in Business Administration/Finance
- Japanese or Khmer speaking is an added advantage.
