RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working in an English Language Environment
- Responsible for managing events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
- Directs coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the events
- Manage staff responsible for event coordination activities.
- Coordinate details of events such as conferences, pitch events, Classes and training events, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events and virtual events.
- Hire, train, and educate staff on proper event procedures.
- Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary.
- Book the venue times and collect fees and manage the money and deposits
- Prepare invitations and send out at appropriate time.
- Help to Hire staff
- Work with guest of honor to ensure all additional requests are met.
- Drive attendance to the event.
- Promote the event using flyers, cold calling, and social media as examples of ways to spark attention.
- Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation.
- Define company brand through events.
- Ensure staff is adequately prepared for event.
- Pay vendors for their participation in the event if needed
- Provide receipts and keep all for bookkeeping
- Ensure day of event goes smoothly
- Manage collection of material to build on for future use
- Manage all aspects of operation of the Co Working Space.
- Experience managing an office or business or other related experience and knowledge that shows you would have the competency to manage this kind of project on your own without training how to do it.
- Knowledge of the Startup business model which is present ideas to investors and then build out the underlying idea into a functioning profitable business.
- Knowledge of the investment to business model
- Has built businesses before
- Strong knowledge of other co-working spaces and how they function, where they are weak and how to do it better.
- A passionate self-starter with strong confidence to build a new division like a successful co- working space completely on his own if had the finances to be able to do so.
