Presently, he is working for the largest worldwide and well-known firm operated in Cambodia as a Sales Training Manager with the started. After just a short period of time, he has been promoted as Human Resources Business Partner Manager. Previously, with his past workplaces, the trainer was: Learning and Development Manager, Training Specialist and Employability Skills Trainer. Regarding to his practical experience, he travelled to many foreign countries such as Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Vietnam and the Philippines to attend executive training workshops regarding to the proposed course. He was also awarded an Executive Certificate of Advanced Train-The-Trainer from the Singapore National Employer Federation (SNEF).
