These modules are aimed at helping small-scale entrepreneurs to improve their business productivity through better marketing. Many businesses start yet few businesses survive. Effective marketing is the difference between failure and success. This training is based on the experiences of our Professional. The course aim to help develop the marketing performance of SMEs

Aims: The aim of this qualification are to enable candidates to

  • Understand the four components of marketing: Product, Price, Distribution and Promotion
  • Evaluate of how well the product or service meets the needs of customers
  • Determine the best price for the product or service
  • Select the best way to distribute the product
  • Create new ways to promote the business
  • Identify ways to expand the business
  • Solve the specific marketing problems that arise
  • Develop a marketing plan for a defined period of time

Kim Sophea is a sales and marketing practitioner with over 9 years of hands-on experience in local and international firms. He was a business development director for NAKAYAMA-CR Import-Export Co., Ltd., managing sales and marketing. He has built his sales and marketing experience and skills in his career by starting as an Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager for London’s Lewis Accommodation in the United Kingdom. After that, he became an area business development manager for Uniliver Cambodia Limited and Sales Manager for Yamaha Motor Cambodia Co., Ltd. Currently, He is a General Manager in Sales and Marketing Department for Kamko Motor Company which officially distributor Hyundai vehicle in Cambodia. He holds an MBA from University of Wales Institute and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business and Management from London School of Commerce.
