Good Neighbors International (GNI) is an international humanitarian and development NGO. GNI has made great strides in its mission by providing people around the world with a better quality of life. Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country project that has been implementing its projects in Cambodia since 2002. GNC is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Water Purifier Project Facilitator (1 position based in Banteay Meanchey province)

Job description:

• Plan and organize Water Purifier distribution to the pilot project partners in the communities.
• Educate the project participants on the correct methods of Water Purifier maintenance.
• Build close relationships and actively learn within communities through home visits with project partners, attending community social events etc.
• Conduct meetings with community to find out resources, management, guidelines in place, relationship, role & responsibilities, successes & challenges …etc.)
• Regularly/continually monitoring the implementation of the Water Purifier facilities construction, ensuring that contractors are working to achieve standard.
• Mainstream hygiene/sanitation issues and environment into the project implementation.
• Monitor a project activities and outputs in order to ensure accountability and outcome of project.
• Disseminate key lessons of water purifier and strategies towards relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in practitioner networks/working group, as assigned by the CDP manager to ensure ongoing learning on good practice and standards relevant to the assigned project.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in project management or relevant university degree
• At least 1-year work experiences in WASH.
• Experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Be able to read and write English
• Computer literate; Microsoft Word/Excel and PPT.
• Willing to work as a team and to travel away on assignment area.
