Australia Cambodia Education Academy (AusCam Academy) provides exceptional education for students aged 3 to 18, from Early Years to Year 12.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical tutorials across core Foundation Commerce modules (Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Law, Business Computing, and Commerce Maths) following the approved university foundation curriculum.
- Prepare and grade student assignments, quizzes, and final examinations using standardized rubrics.
- Support students from non-English speaking backgrounds to ensure mastery of foundational academic business concepts.
- Provide regular academic feedback and mentor students to support retention and success.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and administrative reporting in a timely manner.
Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):
- Undergraduate Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative business discipline as a minimum
- Educational Background: Minimum 3-year undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative business discipline.
- Teaching Credentials / Experience: Must hold a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, DipEd) or have at least 2 years of teaching experience in senior secondary, vocational education (VET), or higher education teaching business/commerce subjects.
- Subject Broadness: Ability to comfortably deliver foundation-level material across basic accounting, micro/macroeconomics, management principles, basic business law, and quantitative business math.
- English Language Proficiency: High English proficiency (degree completed in English, lived/worked in an English-speaking country, or equivalent to IELTS 7.5+).
