Health Poverty Action (HPA): is an international development organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of poor and marginalized communities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Data Collection- Develop and update M&E plans, tools, and indicators.
- Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
- Regularly collect and verify data from field teams and partners.
- Ensure data quality through validation and spot checks.
- Contribute to evaluation design and facilitate lessons learned workshops.
- Analyze data trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Document success stories, case studies, and best practices.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual M&E reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors and stakeholders.
- Maintain updated records of indicators and results.
- Train project staff and partners on M&E tools and processes.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching on data collection and use.
- Support the implementation of community feedback and complaint mechanisms.
- Track responses and ensure follow-up and integration into program improvements.
Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):
- Master's Degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
- M&E, preferably in development or humanitarian settings for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of Results-Based Management (RBM) and Logical Framework Approach.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
