Position: Trainer (Student Development Institute Co., Ltd.)__Deadline:28-August

Location:  Phnom Penh

The Student Development Institute (SDI) was established in 2008 as a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution recognized by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT). 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and revise course specification.
• Prepare and mark assignments, quizzes and exams, and help for students’ consultation.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that inspire student learning and development.
• Maintain high levels of student satisfaction through effective teaching methodologies, academic support, and a commitment to student success.
• Develop, review, and enhance subject assessments and learning materials prior to the commencement of each training term.
• Participate actively in program quality assurance (QA) processes, including curriculum review meetings before, during, and after each training term.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance.
• Coordinate semester preparation, examination activities, and completion processes, including course planning, teaching resource management, and class scheduling.
• Assigned, providing training guidance, mentoring, and support to lecturers within the relevant discipline.

Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):

• Master's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree in  accounting or finance, ACCA and CPA or related field
• Similar job capacity   for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
• Ability to create and maintain business networks/relationships
• Good command of spoken and written English languages
