Location: Phnom Penh
Clear Cambodia is a Christian local NGO that has been implementing the projects under the aim of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support in technical layouts drawing, site plans, and visual presentations for WASH facilities and infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Develop illustrations, infographics, and visualizations to communicate technical WASH concepts to communities, partners, and donors.
- Design communication materials, including posters, brochures, flyers, banners, factsheets, reports, and other print and digital products.
- Edit photographs, illustrations, icons, and other graphic elements for publications, presentations, and online platforms.
- Assist in documenting project activities through visual content and graphic design for reports, presentations, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Support awareness campaigns and behavior change communication activities related to water, sanitation, hygiene, and environmental health if required.
- Perform other graphic design and communication-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Technical Drawing, Graphic Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for technical layouts and infrastructure drawings.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or equivalent graphic design software.
- Knowledge of Canva, social media content creation, and digital communication is an advantage.
- Understanding of graphic design principles, layout composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and communication teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic NGO environment.
- Transparency, honesty, integrity, and respect for diversity in all aspects of work.
