Position: Sale and Education Consultant (Student Development Institute Co., Ltd.)__Deadline:28-August

Location:  Phnom Penh

The Student Development Institute (SDI) was established in 2008 as a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution recognized by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT). 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Advise students and parents on study programs, educational opportunities, admission requirements, and available learning pathways.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable courses, and professional programs.
• Organize and facilitate student meetings to provide detailed information about training programs, curriculum structures, admission requirements, and learning pathways.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data weekly, monthly and yearly.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate feedback from students to support continuous improvement and enhance service quality.
• Develop, organize and manage sales activities through strategies approved by management.
• Post and up to date the company information to social media.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy platform, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification concepts.
• Develops and maintain the sale targets and key marketing initiatives for the institute services.
• Attend to any networking events in order to promote the company services.
• Develop effective service promotions and advertising strategies for current market.
• Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.

Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):

• Bachelor's Degree in business Administration, Sales & Marketing, management, or related field
• Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in sales, education consulting, or student recruitment within the education sector.
• Ability to create and maintain business networks/relationships
• Good command of spoken and written English languages
