Position: Physiotherapist (Safe Haven)__Deadline:15-August

Location: Siemreap

Safe Haven is a registered NGO in Siem Reap providing multidisciplinary services to children with disabilities and their families.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with children with disabilities and their families at their homes in villages around Siem Reap; primarily field-based with daily travel by motorbike, tuk-tuk, or van.
• Work with Cambodian and foreign colleagues to make assessments, identify and build on children’s and families’ strengths, develop treatment plans and set goals, educate and encourage parents and caregivers, and provide and adapt rehab equipment.
• Recognize when the child needs a home adaptation and discuss with caregivers about child’s safety.

Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):

• Bachelor's Degree
• Physiotherapy qualification (new graduates are welcome to apply)
• Comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets, email, and the internet
• A member of Cambodia Physical Therapy Association in the present year
• Good English skills (spoken and written) and Khmer fluency/literacy
