Position: Communications and Outreach Officer (Tetra Tech International Development Co., Ltd.)__Deadline:04-August

Location:  Phnom Penh

Tetra Tech International Development is a leading development consulting firm working with Government, businesses, and NGOs to solve complex development challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of ACP4Climate's communications, outreach and public diplomacy activities.
• Develop and coordinate communications materials including stories, newsletters, factsheets, presentations, digital content and outreach products.
• Coordinate content collection from technical teams, partners and field activities to showcase program achievements and impact.
• Support management of the program website, social media platforms and digital engagement activities.
• Assist in organising events, workshops, campaigns, field visits and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support media engagement, outreach initiatives and public awareness activities across the program.
• Ensure communications products comply with DFAT branding, visibility and accessibility requirements.
• Maintain communications resources and coordinate with service providers and partners as required.

Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):

1. Relevant qualifications in communications, journalism, public relations, international development, media studies or a related field.
2. Experience in communications, outreach, public relations or a related role.
3. Experience supporting communications, stakeholder engagement and outreach activities.
4. Strong content writing, editing and storytelling skills, including experience developing digital communications materials.
5. Experience managing or supporting social media and digital communications activities.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English.
7. Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
8. A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

9. Commitment to inclusive and ethical development practice.

10. Experience working on donor-funded development programs, or in climate change, environment, water or resilience-related programs, will be highly regarded.
