Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure Compensation and Benefits (C&B) highly effective functioning:- Assess and monitor market up to date to well understand the C&B competitive advantages;
- Design and propose attractive C&B structures, policies and procedures;
- Track and record employees C&B orderly;
- Prepare and process monthly payroll including NSSF and salary tax accurately and timely etc.
- Prepare human resource and administrations budgeting;
- Process human resource and administrations expenses;
- Tract human resource and administration expense including occupancy and office supply orderly;
- Review and track preferred human resource and administration suppliers list proactively;
- Control canteen menus and quality upgrade;
- Control cleaning programming and cleaning standardizations as well initiatives;
- Control stationary inventory, working stations, and environments for more modernization and friendlier;
- Control nurse, health, safety, and security services effectiveness;
- Provide admiration services supporting to HRA meetings, trainings, and events efficiently;
- Deliver administration service support all business requirement professionally ect
- Monitor regulatory updates impacting to human resource and administration functions in order to proactively control the internal prepares orderly and effectively;
- Response effectively to the regulatory requirements with higher level of professionalism and integrity;
- Process staff declaration in and out, employment books, work permits, enterprise and marks registrations, and self-inspections appropriately;
- Work with relevant regulators and local authorities to strengthen legal compliance and liaisons;
- Work with company legal services teams to ensure that human resource admirations are legal and less risk ect
- Admonitor HRMIS, staff profile record, company documentations, folders, DMS, telegram group;
- Review and update administrative services and C&B related policy and procedure;
- Conduct inspection and internal audit on HR administration to ensure the policies effectively implemented;
- Reinforce 5S champions, process improvement culture, and contingency planning;
- Review team IDP, and provide ongoing staff HRA service orientations, and coaching-mentoring;
Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Public Administration, Law, Account-Finance, or Business Administration related degree
- Experienced C&B, Labor Law Compliances, and Administration services management for 5 years
- Excellence organizing, administrations, process improvement, budget control, problem solving, and effectively communication;
- Excellence English-Khmer written, Ms. Office word, advance excel, PowerPoints, internet, AI, e-mail, and HRMIS;
- Proven leadership toward KOFI mission, vision, and core values including productivity, innovation, professionalism, integrity and customer satisfaction) etc.

- 100% satisfactory completed induction related SOPs, systems, and products knowledge;
- 90% satisfactory HR & Admin service delivery to employees;
- 90% delivered agree initiative projects;
