Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business systems are developed and improved to support efficient, accurate, and scalable business operations across priority functions.
- Sales and Distribution systems are stabilized and enhanced through improvement of DMS-related tools, workflows, reporting, and supporting applications.
- Manual work is reduced through automation of recurring reports, validations, workflows, and data-processing activities.
- System integrations and data flows are built and maintained so that information moves accurately and reliably across business platforms.
- User requirements are translated into practical system solutions that improve usability, process compliance, data quality, and decision-making.
- Reliable dashboards, reports, and analytical tools are delivered to improve visibility of performance, process health, and operational opportunities.
- System issues are diagnosed and resolved at root cause level across application logic, data structures, integrations, and business process usage.
- Technical documentation, user support, and knowledge assets are maintained so that systems remain usable, sustainable, and less dependent on tribal knowledge.

- Intermediate level of Experience of job-related experience for 2 years as a minimum
- Relevant practical experience in software development, business application development, systems integration, automation, database management, reporting, or digital process improvement may substitute for formal education when the candidate demonstrates the ability to build, improve, troubleshoot, and support business systems effectively.
- Analysis – must work with sales data, identify anomalies, prepare dashboards, produce reports, and compile useful analytical outputs such as distribution gaps and promotional execution reports.
- Project Management – This role will likely handle multiple enhancements, system changes, automation tasks, and phased improvements across functions, so the ability to plan, coordinate, prioritize, and complete work is important.
