Location: Kampong Chhnang Province
Smiling Gecko Cambodia (SGC) was officially registered in 2014 as a local non-profit NGO in Cambodia. It provides direct aid in the form of finance and other support to the needy in Cambodia, sponsoring projects that are sustainable both from an ecological and economic standpoint.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination & Order Management- Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with production teams (Aquaculture, Chicken, Horticulture, Butchery, Bakery and Manufacturing) on order availability and delivery timelines
- Follow up on order status and ensure on-time delivery
- Update and maintain the order tracking system
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and product availability
- Support the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships
- Handle basic complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Payment update and collection.
- Track customer payments and maintain updated payment records
- Follow up with customers on pending and overdue payments
- Coordinate with the Finance team to confirm payment receipts and resolve discrepancies
- Support collection processes to ensure timely cash flow
- Bridge communication between Sales and Production teams to avoid delays or misalignment
- Ensure all departments are aligned on order quantity, specifications, and deadlines
- Support coordination for urgent or last-minute orders
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track sales performance by product category and client
- Maintain accurate customer database and sales records
- Support forecasting by providing data insights
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and contracts
- Ensure all sales documents are properly filed and updated
- Assist in contract and pricing documentation
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Support promotional activities and campaigns
- Coordinate logistics for client meetings or events
Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in sales support, admin, or coordination role for 1 to 3 years as a minimum
- Experience in FMCG, agriculture, or food production is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong content creation and social media management skills.
- Knowledge of Phnom Penh’s retail is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva/Photoshop skills are a plus.
