Position: Market Research and Analysis Executive (T.S.N.R Distribution Co., Ltd.)__Deadline:30-June

TSNR Distribution Co., Ltd. is a leading distribution service provider in Cambodia, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and potential target markets.
• Initiate, conceptualize, and develop new products that address customer needs and market opportunities, such as product spec/sizing/price positioning.
• Analyse project feasibility
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts, reports, and analyses of business development performance to senior management.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns (online ads, social media, email newsletters, content marketing)
• Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior business development staff, helping them enhance their skills and performance
• Other tasks assigned by superior

Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, or product development for 2 to 3 years
