Roles and Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Developing & Delivery: Teach core modules including Window Display Design, Retail Atmosphere, Mannequin Styling, and CAD for Retail Spaces.
- Industry Connection: Leverage your professional network to bring in guest speakers, organize site visits to flagship stores, and secure internship opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Keep the curriculum up to date with the latest in sustainable VM practices and "phygital" (physical + digital) retail technologies.
- Assessment: Evaluate student portfolios, technical drawings, and creative installations with constructive, industry-standard feedback.
- Coordinate and support with teams to ensure the students’ outcomes
Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience teaching at a university level
