Position: Training and Education Intern (Cambodia Agricultural Cooperative Alliance)__Deadline:09-May

Location:  Phnom Penh

The Cambodia Agricultural Cooperative Alliance (CACA) represents Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs) and Union Agricultural Cooperative (UACs) throughout the Kingdom Cambodia and was officially registered by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries on January 23, 2020. CACA is the highest body and legal representative of (ACs/UACs), which was established to represent the rights and interests of (ACs/UACs) to help them to carry out agricultural and socio-economic development work at the community level, which is a contributing factor to the growth of the Cambodian national economy. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist day to day activities under Training and Education Department which include the support in design marketing materials, training visual aid, entry and update training data based, lesson learns and best practices documentation, training curriculums/handouts for participants and other stakeholders etc.
• Assist in admin and finance work related to Training and Education Activities
• Develop your won skills and attend the trainings to strengthen your skills regularly
• Other tasks assign by Head of Training and Education Department

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Economy and Rural Development/Fine Art/Information Technology/Marketing/Education, or student in year 3, year 4
• Good knowledge of training and capacity building to ACs/UACs, knowledge management and digital marketing
• Computer skills, Microsoft office, IT and/or Graphic Design
• Ability to write report in both Khmer and English
