CSC Founder and CEO, Dr. Jim Gollogly, a British-American surgeon, first came to Cambodia in 1992 for a 6-month assignment with the American Red Cross. After 30 years of war and genocide by the Pol Pot regime, in which educated citizens were targeted for execution, the medical system had suffered tremendously.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other service providers to coordinate care and ensure clients receive necessary services
- Advocate for clients and work to address systemic barriers to care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress notes
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience working with specific populations, such as individuals with mental health concerns, families, or older adults
- Bilingual language skills_ English -Khmer
- Experience with case management software and electronic health records
- Licensure as a Social Worker in Cambodia
