Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries on both offline (Walk-In) and online (social media, phone calls)
- Managing and communicating with customers in the CRM system.
- Promote our programs and courses
- Support students’ registration
- Assist daily office operations and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field is preferred
- Sales or customer service experience at least for 1 year is preferred
- Strong English & native Khmer
- Confident PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Google Doc, Spreadsheet, …)
