Position: Sales and Customer Service Executive (IT Academy STEP Cambodia Institute)__Deadline:23-May

Location:  Phnom Penh

IT Academy STEP Cambodia is a branch of the largest international training institution operating in 20 countries around the world. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries on both offline (Walk-In) and online (social media, phone calls)
• Managing and communicating with customers in the CRM system.
• Promote our programs and courses
• Support students’ registration
• Assist daily office operations and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field is preferred
• Sales or customer service experience at least for 1 year is preferred
• Strong English & native Khmer
• Confident PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Google Doc, Spreadsheet, …)
