D.Q.D Consulting Co., Ltd. (“DQD”) is a strategic and investment management advisory firm that is founded with “diversity” at its core.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Prepare daily / weekly reports (sales, labour hours, wastage, covers, stock)
- Support scheduling and rostering compliance
- Track supplier orders, deliveries, and invoice matching
- Maintain checklists and SOP compliance records
- Follow up departments for missing reports or data
- Flag operational issues early to management
- Support payroll attendance inputs where required
- Assist GMs with admin, coordination, and action tracking
- Help maintain accurate and clean operational data
- Experience in admin, operations support, finance admin, or hospitality admin for 2 years
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Comfortable following up firmly with staff and managers
- Able to multitask and manage deadlines
- Good communication skills in Khmer and basic English
- Experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or multi-site businesses
- Experience with POS reports, inventory sheets, or payroll inputs
