Roles and Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Learning: Design and deliver engaging lectures and seminars across undergraduate and postgraduate modules (e.g., Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Consumer Behavior).
- Curriculum Development: Lead the planning and regular evaluation of course content to ensure it remains industry-relevant and innovative.
- Student Support: Act as a personal tutor, providing academic mentorship and supervising students’ theses or dissertations.
- Research & Scholarship: Conduct independent or collaborative research, aiming for publication in high-quality international journals.
- Engagement: Collaborate with industry partners to improve student learning outcomes and the national standing of the discipline.
Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification):
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience teaching at a university level
