Entrepreneur Investment Support (EIS) is an initiative within the Enhancing Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Investment (3Ei), funded by SDC, KOICA and Khmer Enterprise and co- implemented by Khmer Enterprise and Swisscontact. EIS provides business support to small and medium enterprises (SMEs)that are trying to secure investments or have raised funds and need additional non-financial support for sustainable growth.
EIS provides investment readiness and post-investment TA for SGBs through a pool of vetted consultants. The investment readiness TA is designed to support SGBs as they work to become investment ready and assist investors in building pipelines. The post-investment TA provides business support to SGBs who receive investment funds. This business support is meant to help mitigate risks for investors and support more successful growth forces.
CheckinMe is a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that streamlines HR and workforce management through a mobile-first, QR-based ecosystem. The platform replaces traditional attendance systems by enabling real-time workforce tracking, outdoor sales monitoring via GPS, and automated payroll integration. It also leverages local user habits by incorporating AI-driven and Telegram notifications.

Swisscontact is seeking an individual consultant or consulting firm to provide a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy development and execution roadmap to integrate CheckinMe cloud-based HR solutions with expanding Workplace Benefits ecosystem.
Objectives
The objective is this assignment is to strengthen CheckinMe’s brand authority and bridge the gap between workforce management and employee value.This assignment aims to convert existing clients into active Workplace Benefits users while expanding the B2B network through automation-driven solutions.
Scope of Work and Deliverables
Scope of Work
Task 1: Brand Guideline for Integrated Ecosystems
- Developing a brand guideline that connects CheckinMe HR Software with the Workplace Benefits program.
- Defining the visual and verbal identity that communicates "Workplace Benefits" as a core extension of the HR experience, ensuring a unified brand voice across both platforms.
Task 2: Marketing & Retention Plan for Workplace Benefits
- Creating a targeted marketing plan for the CheckinMe App with a primary focus on the retention and conversion of the existing user base.
- Designing onboarding and engagement funnels specifically to migrate current clients (Company) into the Workplace Benefits program.
Task 3: B2B Sales & Partnership Framework
- Building a structured framework for corporate partnerships and a direct sales strategy.
- Targeting Factories or Large Enterprises that require high-efficiency tools, specifically promoting Automated Payroll and AI-Face Attendance.
Deliverables
Deliverable 1: Brand Guideline
- Integrated Brand Identity Manual documenting the relationship between HR tech and employee benefits.
Deliverable 2: User Migration & Retention Strategy
- A roadmap for converting existing app users to the Benefits program.
- Deliverable 3: B2B Sales Toolkit & Partnership Framework
- Presentation decks and sales funnels focused on AI attendance and payroll automation for Factories and Large Enterprise.
- Criteria and outreach models for corporate and service partners.
- Monthly performance reports tracking conversion rates from software-only users to benefit-active users.
Duration and Timing of Assignment
- The consultancy will start from 15 June 2026 (as soon as possible), but exact start date is negotiable.
Supervision
- Although Swisscontact will provide administrative and financial supervision for this assignment, CheckinMe will appoint a representative to manage the day-to-day relationship with the consultant and provide guidance and feedback on technical matters.
Remuneration
- Negotiable within the constraints of the project budget. Applicant’s technical proposal will be considered first, and financial proposal considered second. Please include a budget proposal in application (see below).
- The individual/firm will be hired by Swisscontact according to Swisscontact standards and regulations as specified in a separate contract.
Requested Skills Set
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, business, or related field.
- At least 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing, brand development, strategy development or digital communication, business operation (preferably in the tourism industry).
- Proven experience in digital advertising and marketing. Including creating, executing, and managing campaigns to achieve KPIs for clients.
- Understanding of best practices in customer experience for the tourism and hospitality sector, with the ability to evaluate and enhance tour/digital products for sustainability and competitiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Strong English communication; Khmer understanding preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, and communication skills.
