Location: Phnom Penh
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing friendly and professional service to guests in the restaurant and bar. The role includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, and making sure guests have good dining experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and serve customers in a polite and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and organized
- Assist customers with menu questions
- Handle bills and payments correctly
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic English is a plus
