The Visual Staff supports the MarCom team by producing strong visual content that communicates the impact and vision of ICF Cambodia. This role focuses on shooting, editing, and delivering photo and video content across platforms while growing in skill, creativity, and responsibility.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Capture photo and video content during church celebrations and ministry activities
- Edit videos for announcements, recaps, and special presentations
- Edit photos for screens, slides, reports, and communication materials
- Prepare visual content and export files for LED walls or projection systems
- Support weekend celebrations and special events with media production
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and basic production equipment
- Organize and maintain media files and equipment
- Work closely with the Social Media Team and ministry departments
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in photography, videography, and video editing
- Familiar with editing tools (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Suite or similar)
- Basic knowledge of cameras and media production equipment
- Creative eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling
- Responsible, organized, and able to work under deadlines
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Teachable and willing to grow in creative and technical skills
- Demonstrates a humble and serving attitude aligned with ICF Cambodia values
