ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, Develop and execute strategic brand activation plans aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with Brand, Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth and effective execution across all channels.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new activation opportunities.
- Manage activation budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Oversee on-ground execution to ensure high-quality brand representation.
- Track and evaluate activation performance using clear KPIs and reports.
- Provide regular updates and post-activation reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, events, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Create compelling activation concepts and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize activation programs based on results and learnings.
- Other Tasks assigned by the management.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in brand activation / trade marketing / field marketing for 3 to 5 years
- Strong execution mindset and field management skills.
- Experience managing promoters and agencies.
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- FMCG experience is a strong advantage.
