Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
• Support students in understanding and completing assignments, providing clarification and guidance as needed.
• Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce lessons and promote skill development.
• Monitor and facilitate student progress, reporting any concerns to the classroom teacher.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials, supplies, and resources for lessons and activities.
• Set up and clean up classroom materials and equipment before and after activities.
• Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment by managing student behavior and promoting respectful interactions.
• Implement strategies to encourage student engagement and participation.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop lesson plans and classroom strategies.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and improve teaching practices.
• Stay current with educational trends and best practices relevant to supporting student learning.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in education or related field.
• Experience working in an international (Preferred)
• Ability to follow teacher instructions and adapt to classroom needs.
