Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gathering and maintain all company-related information and supporting documents associated with registered Companies.
- Prepare tax declaration report, including monthly, yearly and others required tax documents.
- Handle E-filling report and payments.
- Prepare cash advance and clearing forms.
- Access and update all company permits and licenses
- Prepare documentation for company registration, deregistration, and changes.
- Create email, and e-filling user accounts and passwords as needed.
- Liaise with various ministries and external auditors.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Taxation, Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge and research skills in taxation, accounting, tax compliance, and tax planning strategies.
- Ability to identify and communicate issues, trends, and changes in financial performance and operational delivery.
- Prepare reports for the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF), the General Department of Taxation (GDT), and other relevant ministries.
