To support development, CCF is seeking a qualified candidate for a Sport and Art Facilitator position based in Phnom Penh.
Reports to: Student Affairs Manager
Key Liaison: School Manager, Head of Education, and all relevant teams
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop comprehensive annual planning for sports and arts programs tailored to CCF students
- Collaborate with the School Manager and Curriculum Coordinators to develop and implement Physical Education, Sports, and Arts curricula
- Oversee all arts-related activities, such as visual arts, music, dance, drama, and creative clubs, ensuring suitability for secondary and high school students
- Promote participation in internal and external sports competitions, matches, art shows, and performances
- Support the school events, exhibitions, performances, and cultural celebrations
- Procure and manage sports and arts equipment and materials, ensuring optimal usage and maintenance
- Advocate for and safeguard the welfare of children involved in sports and arts programs
- Monitor and report on students’ learning progress in sports and arts activities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with partner organisations to enhance program offerings
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work
- Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience related to sports and arts
- Experience in budget preparation and fiscal management
- Good ability to provide timely and accurate reports
- Knowledge of computer use (Ms. Office, email, internet, and others)
- Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels, both internal and external
- Good listening, writing, speaking, and reading in English
- Be honest, trustworthy, respectful, and helpful
- High compassion and commitment to work with community people and children from complex backgrounds and home lives.
