We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high- level design projects across digital and print media. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, brand strategy, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision. As a senior member of the creative team, you will mentor assistant graphic designers, contribute to concept development, and ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual content across various platforms including web, social media, email, advertising, packaging, and print.
- Translate strategic direction into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.
- Collaborate with marketing, procurement and sales team to maintain cohesive branding across all materials.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by assistant graphic designers.
- Provide art direction and constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing boundaries of creativity.
- Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work directly with management to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Professional design experience for 5 years
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), or other design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, branding, and conceptual thinking.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
