ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the smooth daily operation of the Secondary School.
- Maintain academic standards in compliance with accreditation bodies and MoEYS.
- Lead curriculum development and ensure effective programme implementation.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, grading, and reporting.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment with strong student discipline.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate secondary school staff.
- Coordinate academic programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Build strong relationships with parents, community, and education authorities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
- Experience in school leadership or as a principal for 2 years as a minimum
- Experience in international or Cambridge curriculum preferred.
- Proficiency in English; other languages an advantage.
