We are looking for a motivated and capable School Manager to lead our academic programs, manage daily operations, and support business growth. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and improve tutoring programs and student performance
- Lead, supervise, and develop teachers and staff
- Organize training and professional development activities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase enrollment
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and resource management
- Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement
- Build relationships with parents, schools, and partners
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years in teaching, tutoring, training, or school management
- Experience in leadership or program management preferred
- Marketing or operations experience is a plus
- Good understanding of teaching and learning methods
- Basic knowledge of marketing and business development
