To oversee and support the sales team in achieving company sales targets by implementing strategies, monitoring performance, and building strong customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Team Supervision:- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on sales goals, strategies, and performance updates.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to develop team members’ skills.
- Execute the sales strategies designed to achieve market penetration and revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend adjustments in strategies.
- Assist in developing sales plans, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
- Promote the company’s pesticide products effectively to new and existing clients.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports on team activities and target achievement.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding market needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
- Monitor and manage the inventory for sales activities.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, warehouse, and finance, for seamless operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or pesticides industry for 3 years
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of pesticide products is an advantage.
