ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach potential clients for our solutions
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Pitch products or services to meet the client’s needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist clients with onboarding or using products/services.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, or marketing campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new customers to effectively promote and expand the reach of our products
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
- Prepare reports for management on sales performance and client feedback.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver value.
- Share insights with internal teams for product/service improvement.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goal.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing major or related fields as a minimum
- Working experience in sales outdoor/ Import/export product for 1 to 2 years
- Understand and have basic communication skills
- Computer literacy: MS Office and more
- Critical thinking and analysis, problem solving
