ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Conduct daily visits to assigned HORECA outlets (hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers’ businesses).
- Actively promote and sell products to both existing and new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers (hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers’ businesses).
- Serve as the main point of contact for HORECA clients and provide ongoing service and support
- Showcase our FMCG products effectively, highlighting their features, and benefits, competitive advantages.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Understand your assigned territory: customer needs, buyer preferences, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Report daily/weekly sales activities, market insights, and sales forecasts to supervisors/management.
- Monitor product availability and work to prevent stock‑outs in key HORECA accounts
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
- Update customer lists, track orders, and summarize pending purchase orders.
- Track sales volume and present plans or strategies for meeting targets.
- Assist in planning and executing promotions aligned with company strategy.
- Provide feedback on how promotions and pricing are performing in the field.
- Analyze competitor efforts (pricing, promotions, service) and share insights with the team
- Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Present products and create tailored proposals that meet client needs.
- Maintain and develop market share in assigned areas.
- Other tasks might be assigned by sales Supervisor/ Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, & Marketing, or other relevant fields;
- Experience sales (Trade/HORECA) in FMCG industry-related field preferred for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the HORECA sector advantageous.
- Computer literacy: MS Office and more
