A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and selling the company’s products or services. The role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and support teams to improve customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in cleaning equipment, facilities management, security systems, or smart technology products
- Ability to understand technical products and explain benefits clearly to customers
- Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, or similar tools)
- Valid driver’s license (if required for field sales)
