Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with sales team by providing support, information, guidance and service improvements.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed & in order to achieved with sales target.
- Work closely with team and all departments.
- Make good relationship with Dealer and provide good service to customer.
- Assist sales team to prepare internal documents (Application Form/ Loan Agreement, Disbursal Form, RC control and others).
- Keep all customers confidential information.
- Track number of disbursals in daily and update to management.
- Other task will be assigned by line manager.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in or university student in Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing or in any related field;
- Fair knowledge English Language and Ms Word, Excel, Email;
- Follow company rule firmly;
