To lead and manage the sales operations for pipes and lubricants, ensuring consistent revenue growth, market expansion, and strong customer relationships across industrial and commercial sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for pipes and lubricants.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors such as construction, manufacturing, automotive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Monitor market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and support.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products like pipes, lubricants, or chemicals for 5 years as a minimum
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing a sales team and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred knowledge of pipe systems, lubricant types, and their industrial applications.
