Liberty International School is seeking a results-driven and service-oriented Sales & Admissions Officer to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a bilingual (English–Khmer) professional who thrives in a public-facing environment and has a strong background in sales, customer relations, and enrollment management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing student enrollment, guiding families through the admissions journey, and strengthening the school’s reputation through exceptional service. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Actively promote the school to prospective families through consultations, follow-ups, and school tours.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Maintain accurate admissions records, student data, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with marketing initiatives, events, and outreach activities to support enrollment growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve the admissions process and customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Khmer (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or admissions (education sector preferred).
