Over the past 46 years, Kinderland has expanded its presence to 12 countries, with 120 schools serving over 20,000 students across the region. In 2022, Crestar Education Group officially entered the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in August 2024, we are proud to launch our first overseas international school, TG International School, as well as Kinderland International Preschool, in Phnom Penh.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough research to identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports to analyze trends, track performance, and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with other departments, such as customer service, to ensure alignment on business goals.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends.
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms.
