GGear Group Co., Ltd is the Electronics distributor, retailer, and Mechanical Engineering of various brand include (1) LG Electronics products including Television, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Commercial Air Conditioning, Household Air Conditioning, (2) Hyundai Elevator and Auto Parking System.
The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for major projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and internal departments to develop tailored solutions, prepare tenders, and build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Business Development: Generate leads, identify new project opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Proposal & Tender Management: Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Project Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact from project inception to close, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in project sales, business development, or account management within the construction, engineering or electronic sector.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management principles and technical drawing review (if applicable).
- Software: Proficiency in CRM software
