ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Electrical System Operation and Maintenance

• Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the campus high- and low-voltage electrical systems, including:

1. Inspection of the operating status of 1000 KVA and 630 KVA transformers
2. Regular testing and maintenance of the 1400 KVA diesel backup generator, at least once per month
3. Maintenance of distribution cabinets, switch cabinets, cable lines, sockets, and lighting systems
4. Regularly check electrical load conditions to prevent overload and electrical safety hazards.
5. Ensure the normal operation of the emergency lighting system.
6. Promptly troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to ensure teaching activities are not affected.

Central Air Conditioning and Mechanical System Maintenance

• Regular inspection and maintenance of the central air-conditioning system, including:
• 550 KW GREE variable-frequency centrifugal water-cooled chiller
• Cooling tower operating conditions
• Terminal equipment performance
• Check the operation of the water pump system to ensure normal water pressure and circulation.
• Assist external maintenance contractors with major repairs and annual maintenance.

Water Supply, Drainage System and Water Quality Assurance

• Responsible for maintaining the campus water supply system, including water pumps, supply pipelines, valves, and water storage facilities.
• Maintain the campus domestic water and direct drinking well-water purification system to ensure water quality meets safety standards.
• Ensure smooth drainage in toilets, restrooms, and kitchen drainage systems, and regularly clear pipelines.
• Handle wastewater system issues and coordinate with third-party cleaning companies when necessary.
• Responsible for daily maintenance and chemical treatment of the swimming pool circulation and filtration system to ensure water quality meets standards.

Kitchen and Logistics Equipment Maintenance

• Responsible for maintenance and repair of cafeteria and kitchen equipment, including:

1. Stoves
2. Exhaust hoods
3. Water heaters
4. Dishwashers

• Ensure equipment operates safely and reliably to avoid disruptions to logistics services.

Inspection and Maintenance Management

• Carry out routine inspections according to schedule and maintain complete inspection records and operation logs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems quickly.
• Ensure stable operation of key equipment during examination periods and large campus events.
• Maintain coordination with security, administration, and cleaning departments to ensure smooth campus operations.
• Conduct monthly comprehensive safety inspections of classrooms, meeting rooms, and public areas, including but not limited to:

1. Structural stability of desks and chairs, especially checking whether screws or connectors are loose
2. Door and window handles and fixing screws for potential safety risks
3. Structural safety of outdoor playground equipment, fences, and stainless-steel stair railings

• Any problems identified must be repaired promptly or reported, with complete inspection records maintained to ensure safety, traceability, and compliance with campus safety management requirements.

Spare Parts and Materials Management

• Responsible for managing inventory of common spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Maintenance records must specify the repair location and replaced components.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and submit reasonable procurement requests.
• Avoid maintenance delays caused by material shortages.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least of experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance for 2 years
• Ability to communicate in English or Chinese
• Familiar with the operating principles of generators, pumps, air-conditioning systems, and water supply/drainage systems
• Ability to independently troubleshoot equipment failures
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work
