Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and standards.
• Teach physics concepts through innovative instructional methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on experiments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create and refine the physics curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their performance.
• Establish and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure student engagement and discipline.
• Provide individualized support for students struggling with lesson.
• Encourage student participation in physics-related extracurricular activities, such as science clubs or competitions.
• Stay up to date with advancements in physics education and educational technology.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of physics concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
• Classroom setting in a school environment.
