ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up rice delivery from rice mill to warehouse
- Communicate with rice mills regarding delivery schedule
- Update operation manager on delivery status daily
- Follow packing instruction as provided by purchasing department
- Monitor packing process to ensure: Correct brand & packaging, weight, labeling & marking, on-time completion
- Report any packing discrepancy immediately
- Coordinate with sales team and independent surveyor for pre-sampling
- Update daily pre-sampling report
- Update rice stock movement at Union/Standby warehouse to stock controller before 5pm
- Monitor loading process to ensure compliance and container meeting standard
- Drop daily loading report before 5pm to container surveyor
- On-time delivery follow-up
- Packing accuracy rate
- Zero wrong packaging
- On-time container loading
- Daily report submission before deadline
- Stock accuracy
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic knowledge of export process
- Good reporting skills (Excel preferred)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
