Mega International Commercial Bank is a Taiwan based bank and has 108 branches (including Foreign Department) at home, and 24 branches, 6 sub-branches, and 3 representative offices (including marketing office) abroad. Together with the network are wholly-owned bank subsidiaries in Thailand, along with their branches, bringing the number of overseas outposts to 38 in total. Mega International Commercial Bank Phnom Penh Branch is set up in 2011 with five sub-branches in Phnom Penh. Now we are looking for motivated banking associate for the following positions to join us in our journey to grow our business and provide best customer services, assist clients with their banking needs, and support the daily operations of the bank.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report customers’ situations—such as payment history and actual conditions—to management, and promptly inform line supervisors of any issues with proposed solutions.
- Build a close relationship with customers and credit officers, and help resolve issues related to late payments or other problems.
- Create strategies for resolving non‑performing loans (NPLs).
- Prepare regular reports on collection status for line supervisors.
- Efficiently resolve long‑overdue debts in collaboration with management.
- Report any disputes or irregularities to management promptly.
- Monitor loan write-off collection.
- Track loan arrear system timely informs responsible staff.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB required).
- Working experiences relates to credit officer and legal in financial industry for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
- Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
